For configured or custom-assembled lamps, additional preparation time of a few days may be required. Each lamp is hand-assembled after the order is confirmed, ensuring a level of quality control suitable for deliveries within Canada.

Standard shipping within Canada takes 2–3 business days from dispatch.

For deliveries within Canada, orders confirmed before 12:00 pm (ET) are shipped the same business day.

Orders confirmed after 12:00 pm (ET) are shipped on the next business day, using a shipping process specifically organized for the Canadian territory.

If you change your mind about products purchased from us, no problem! You have 14 days from receipt to return your entire order or just what you want. Products must be intact, in the same condition as received, and in the complete original packaging.

However, please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, including those created with our configurator.
